Search Terms
When a name, location, or similar search term is entered into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Marion County Inmate Population does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to respond and manage the request. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless the law requires it.
